Sugbu’s signature product originating from a century-old family tradition. Sinudlan, meaning stuffed, is a pork sausage smothered with onions and select spices. Cooking Instructions

  • Poach or cook sausages in simmering water for 5-10 mins or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from water and fry or grill sausages over low to medium heat, turning frequently until brown.
  • Place sausage in microwaveable container and cover.
  • Microwave on high for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
